Bob Lewis MBE
Bob is a specialist in cybersecurity with over 23 years experience in the Military and Civil Police, and 13 years in the banking and private sectors. He delivered the first-ever banking forensics lab, now widely used in financial services, and has experience with collaborative initiatives involving law enforcement, intelligence agencies and regulators.

A PwC-qualified chartered accountant with 30+ years in financial services, Gary co-founded Monzo Bank in 2015, helping secure its full banking licence and scale to over two million customers. With over 20 years’ experience in operations, people, and culture leadership, Kay ensures sherloc runs with precision and purpose. Formerly Chief of Staff at FireDrake and DRW, she now oversees talent, governance, and organisational efficiency, building the structures that allow innovation and growth to thrive.

Our sales and marketing team brings together over four decades of combined experience across Fortune 500 brand strategy, institutional financial services, and SaaS commercial execution. From building global campaigns for brands like Calvin Klein, Nestlé, and Tommy Hilfiger to leading institutional client coverage at HSBC, Nomura, and Lehman Brothers, the team understands how to position a complex product for diverse audiences and drive adoption in regulated markets.
Most recently, the team has brought operational leadership from Fnality International and BCB Group, alongside hands-on enterprise sales experience in energy markets and data-led advisory. The result is a commercial function that can translate sherloc’s analytical depth into clear value propositions for SMEs, advisors, and investors alike.
