sherloc is growing fast. Demand from SMEs, universities and partners keeps rising, and we need someone who can help us keep that momentum flowing — not to replace anyone, but to become a long-term teammate who holds the operational heartbeat of our marketing and ecosystem work. We’re a small team with a big mission: giving SMEs the clarity, confidence and tools they deserve. The work is varied, human, meaningful — and we’re looking for someone who likes that kind of mix.
What defines sherloc
We care about clarity, honesty and useful insight. SMEs deserve tools that tell the truth, not the version that’s convenient. Our work is grounded in data, humility and inclusivity - we listen first, challenge gently, and build with integrity. If that feels natural to you, you’ll feel at home here.
What you'll own
Keep our social channels active, consistent and aligned with our content strategy
Support lead-sourcing, basic research, appointment setting and pipeline tidiness
Coordinate events from A to Z: before, during and after (roundtables, webinars, hackathons)
Update KPIs and dashboards so the team always knows where we stand
Make sure presentations, decks and collateral feel like sherloc — clean, coherent, confident
Write blogs, edit short videos and help shape our ongoing content flow
Stay in touch with partners (universities, accelerators, speakers) for simple logistics
Keep CRM notes tidy so nothing slips through the cracks
